Dear members of the committee, my fellow colleagues, and sports columnists. Thank you very much. Thank you for believing in me. Thank you for your unending moral support and strong confidence in the development of my personality. I am overwhelmed with this honor to stand before you as the recipient of this important and illustrious recognition of manager of the year in Major League Baseball. To be honest, your trust in me is identified as the best award for me. It is distinctly apprehended that hard work demonstrates its own recognition, the fundamental feature of strong determination and persistence – and I fully agree with this sentiment. Do not worry; I am still going to accept this position. In all seriousness... I am truly grateful that you gave credit to me and trusted in me. To be upfront, this is a responsibility that I do not take lightly, and I will exert myself and to represent you with the utmost hard work and transparency.
When I found out that I am chosen to be a manager of the year in Major League Baseball, I was totally speechless. I did not know what to say and what words to express in order to thank you all. I did not have an answer. Until yesterday, when I recollected myself and realized what we achieved and what we could do together in the near future with the aim to promote baseball as the most intelligent game. I strongly believe that baseball is ninety percent mental and the other ten is physical. Thus, we should use our mental and physical strength in order to advance our college and uniqueness of baseball game.
I would like to express my appreciation to those people who care about the future of young generation, to those humans who always support healthy lifestyle, and to those activists who advocate sport as a regular means of social prosperity. Moreover, I am thankful for the hard work that you did…for your efforts and support that have put me in the position to stand before you today. Undoubtedly, we are only as high-qualified as those around us. I feel honored and lucky to be surrounded by the most active and professional people in the world.
Moreover, I would like to thank my opponents for running such a competitive and upright campaign and for opening my eyes to different modern perspectives relating this position. To be upfront, everyone deserves to gain recognition. I am thankful to have such strong opponents, since I comprehended what true leadership means and what kind of responsibilities I will bear in order to advance our team. I am confident that my opponents in the near future will reach a higher level and prove themselves to be professional sportsmen. Furthermore, I would also like to thank my fellow colleagues who worked tirelessly to support me and to achieve this accomplishment. Additionally, I want to thank sports columnists for fair news reports and commentaries. Indisputably, this is not only my personal recognition; this is a great example of a tight collaboration and friendly atmosphere of our team.
Finally, I want to thank my parents for their considerable financial and emotional support. I am thankful to my friends for their late-night pep talks and desire to listen my crazy ideas about the game. Thank you for being indefatigable. However, most of all I would like to thank the supporters for using your vote to express your trust in me and belief that I can guide you to new achievements. I appreciate that you gave me the undoubtedly profound opportunity to serve you. Thank you once again.
